The Store Manager is accountable for delivering outstanding commercial performance and achieving key qualitative objectives by consistently exceeding expectations, while inspiring, leading, and developing the team through a hands‑on and coaching‑oriented approach.
Your Impact
- Build an authentic, attentive, and long‑lasting relationship with clients, based on active listening and addressing customer expectations;
- Prioritize excellence in outlet performance and results through the analysis of clear KPIs and the implementation of action plans aimed at achieving ambitious targets;
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with the Maison's guidelines;
- Continuously enhance within the teams the understanding of the brand's history and values, as well as the ability to naturally promote collections and product features;
- Create a stimulating work environment where trust and respect for diversity are valued;
- Empower and inspire teams by recognizing individual strengths and suggesting solutions for continuous improvement;
- Lead the team to achieve shared objectives by clearly identifying priorities, tasks, and defining roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of managerial experience within structured fashion, luxury, or retail organizations; experience in an Outlet environment is a plus;
- Proven excellence in customer service skills;
- Full professional proficiency in French; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken);
- Digital mindset, with strong knowledge of MS Office and experience using payment and inventory management systems and tools.
