Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026.About the RoleThe successful candidate will join the Import Export Department, where they will be responsible for the operational management of domestic and international shipments. They will work closely with the Logistics, Packaging,
Sales and Finance departments on a daily basis.The ideal candidate will have gained significant experience working for an international freight forwarder or structured logistics operator, and will have a thorough understanding of the different modes of transport.Main ResponsibilitiesOrganize and coordinate domestic and international shipments.Manage import/export and customs documentation.Prepare export invoices and customs documentation.Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.Monitor shipments until final delivery.Collaborate with the Packaging Department to define shipping methods and packaging specifications.Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and delivery deadlines.Collaborate with the Finance Department on the administrative and fiscal aspects of shipping operations.Use SAP for operational shipment management, documen
