The Role Designed For You
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will be part of our Inside Sales Team, based in Milan. You will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, focusing on increasing our existing accounts and acquiring new business.
- You will make outbound calls to identify new opportunities, reach sales targets, understand clients’ needs and offer the most suitable solutions.
- You will grow business with the existing accounts assigned to you (both small and medium players).
- You will build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers based on trust, becoming their point of reference for any queries regarding products.
- You will actively search and qualify new leads (e.g. call dormant accounts, obtain leads from vendors, references, agents, web searches).
- You will communicate to clients the launch of new products and illustrate product characteristics highlighting its competitive advantage.
- You will prepare product offers/quotes and finalize sales.
- You will actively up‑sell / cross‑sell.
- You will enter and manage orders up to dispatch (SAP).
- You will engage with agents when a client requests an in‑person visit or if you encounter a large opportunity for them to pursue.
- You will keep the CRM up to date with client information and phone cal
