Agilité is recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Milan team, delivering high‑end commercial interiors and fit‑out projects across Italy and wider Europe. This is a senior, highly operational role with full responsibility for projects from early pre‑construction through to handover.

The Senior Project Manager will represent Agilité on site and with clients, taking ownership of technical, financial, contractual, safety and delivery performance. The role requires a confident, resilient professional with deep construction knowledge, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to lead complex projects in demanding, international environments.
This role is well suited to an organised, methodical, and self-driven professional who is comfortable working independently within a collaborative project environment.
Reporting directly to the Country Head,
the Senior Project Manager is fully accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of project objectives.
