About the role:
Reporting to Italy National Account Manager Online, you will oversee managing the relationship with customer Amazon at national level. You will be responsible for organizing,
planning and implementing the commercial strategy for this crucial customer, coordinating other functions to achieve results and meet KPIs.
What you’ll do:
- Plan Annual Customer Business Plan
- Plan of quarterly and monthly commercial activities driving the mix for the main online customer
- Sales forecasting and customer’s stock monitoring
- Lead sales negotiation and sell-out activities in accordance with company’s strategy to gain market share in the online market
- Analysis of promotional performances, definition of priorities, novelties launch plan
- Manage the customer budget (rebate/funding) in line with the company budget
- Relationship management with external and internal stakeholders. Strong collaboration with the Digital Team to have the right focus on content and advertising campaigns
