Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Senior Human Data Manager to work on a full-time basis. This role involves overseeing data collection, validation, and annotation processes to ensure high-quality training datasets for AI models. The position requires managing teams of human annotators and coordinating with technical stakeholders to align data standards with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy across datasets.
- Lead and mentor a team of human annotators, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements for AI model training and evaluation.
- Monitor data annotation workflows for efficiency, scalability, and alignment with client-specific standards.
- Contribute to the development of data quality assessment frameworks and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in managing large-scale data annotation projects with a focus on AI/ML training datasets.
- Proficiency in data validation techniques and quality control processes for structured and unstructured data.
- Strong leadership skills to guide annotator teams and optimize workflow performance.
- Familiarity with annotation tools such as Label Studio, Prodigy, or similar platforms.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into clear annotation instructions.
