Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Machine Learning Researcher to work on a Full-time basis. The role involves advancing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems in a high-impact environment. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating novel AI solutions for real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business challenges.
• Conduct research to improve existing models and explore new approaches in AI and machine learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into production systems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that inform model improvements.
• Document research findings and present results to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong background in applied mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other specialized AI domains.
• Ability to design and conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and accuracy.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing for scalable ML model training.
