Responsabilità
- Define and execute market development strategies for pacing therapies across Western Europe
- Identify and address clinical, workflow, operational, and perception barriers to adoption
- Lead marketing readiness and execution for key launches
- Develop scalable frameworks, segmentation, and prioritization for regional growth
- Translate clinical evidence into practical customer tools and value narratives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver field-ready assets and governance across portfolio workstreams
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 7 to 10+ years in strategic marketing, market development, or portfolio commercialization in healthcare/medical devices
- Proven experience launching products or driving therapy adoption
- Strong ability to translate complex clinical/technical information into customer value
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
