In this Team Leader role, you will oversee field service operations for wind farms, ensuring high performance across turbine lifecycles. You will lead a service team, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll implement processes, monitor performance, and guide improvements to deliver reliable wind-energy services. Responsabilità
- Oversee operational execution of service activities aligned with company values
- Ensure proper functioning of assigned wind farms and high turbine performance
- Manage daily staff operations and coordinate with external suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Implement function-specific processes, procedures, and tools
- Monitor technicians’ performance and control costs; approve work and manage timesheets
- Correct errors in time registration and technical reporting (backend systems)
- Handle planned absences and plan service team composition long-term
- Monitor site performance and drive improvement actions
- Ensure service delivery meets quality, safety, process compliance, and performance standards
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the team, fostering a positive, efficient environment
- Support people development including training and safety initiatives (e.g., Safety Walks & Talks)
- Ensure compliance with Vestas standards and local/national regulations
- Guarantee resource availability for work orders and manage costs via Service P&L;
Requisiti fondamentali
- Technical Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical)
- 5–6 years of professional experience in Operations
- Proven experience in team management
- Basic level of English
- Good knowledge of IT systems and tools (MS Office; SAP is a plus)
- Leadership and people management
- Results orientation and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of maintenance practices and safety regulations
- Understanding of turbine components and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce
