Responsabilità
- Data exploration and quality checks on complex insurance datasets for actuarial modeling
- Develop and maintain advanced actuarial and machine learning pricing models
- Validate actuarial assumptions to ensure robust, business-ready models
- Drive pricing and underwriting innovations to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Produce rate monitoring reports with audit trails and monitor reserving development and predicted loss ratios
- Support development, maintenance, and validation of pricing tools and systems
- Collaborate with global underwriters, finance, operations, and network teams
- Leverage Generative AI and emerging technologies to create new business opportunities and optimize data flow across systems
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- Experience in actuarial science or management
- Strong Python programming skills (essential)
- Expertise in large-scale data management and analysis
- Ability to thrive in a global, collaborative environment
