Overview
In this role you are a technical advocate helping enterprise customers maximize value from Akamai’s security platform. You own technical relationships from onboarding to renewal and lead high-impact demos and presentations for diverse audiences. You’ll translate complex concepts for executives and technical staff, adapt to evolving environments, and map customer needs to secure, scalable API and app security solutions. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes security outcomes for large customers.

Responsabilità
- Own the technical relationship with customers from onboarding through renewal
- Deliver technical presentations and product demos for customers and partners
- Explain concepts to executive audiences and follow up with technical teams
- Adapt to complex,
changing business environments to deliver valuable solutions
- Familiarize with customer environments, requirements, and milestones to drive value
Requisiti fondamentali
- Security experience with large enterprise customers
- Deep knowledge of API security vulnerabilities and attacks
- Experience with a broad range of cloud and cybersecurity solutions
- Understanding of Application Security principles in the software development lifecycle
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
