Overview

As Component Delivery Manager, you’ll support project execution to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety goals on nuclear projects. You’ll work under the Sr CDM to drive profitable execution and lead the project team toward monthly targets. Your role focuses on controlling costs, risks, and schedules while coordinating cross-functional inputs and ensuring compliance with company procedures. This onsite role in Monfalcone places you at the heart of project delivery, with meaningful impact on project performance and safety culture.

Responsabilità

- Lead and coordinate the project team with focus on safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery (OTD)
- Support Sr CDM in steering the project toward strategic goals for profitable execution
- Control and monitor project costs,



risks, and opportunities; support estimations before order acquisition
- Track daily/monthly progress to meet project goals and deadlines
- Manage contingencies and assess scope changes per company procedures
- Develop and control the project schedule with Planner input, ensuring reliable planning and resource loading

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in any major (Engineering included)
- 2–4 years of manufacturing experience
- Fluent English (B1)
- Experience making decisions in a technical environment
- Motivated to achieve results
- Onsite work requirement (100% on-site)
