Overview

In this role you will support the Italian companies’ financial operations at the European Finance Shared Service Center, ensuring accurate closing, tax compliance, and treasury management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare financial statements and manage liquidity, contributing to compliant reporting and financial health. The position offers development opportunities within a global technology-driven company. You will work on meaningful processes that impact reporting, taxation, and cash management in a dynamic multinational context.

Responsabilità

- Treasury management activities including bank communications, bank guarantees, manual payments, and cash forecasting using TMS and BPC;
- Monthly close support with accounts payable/receivable review, general ledger postings, asset depreciation checks, and archiving VAT books;
- Assist in quarterly/year-end reports and notes to financial statements;




- Support external audit processes;
- Assist tax compliance activities (VAT, withholding certificates, Esterometro, Form 770, etc.) and related entries;
- Prepare monthly Intrastat and ISTAT reporting;
- Assist in managing customer-related legal matters and escalate issues to the Accounting, Treasury and Tax Manager;

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Economics or Accounting diploma with substantial experience
- Knowledge of Italian accounting principles and IFRS
- Knowledge of tax and commercial law
- SAP experience
- MS Office IT skills
- Basic English; German advantageous
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Organizational skills, accuracy, methodical approach
