Overview

As a Consultant at Protiviti, you help clients solve complex business problems by collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will experience structured onboarding and ongoing development through Passport to Protiviti, the Consultant Challenge, and Foundations Program. The role blends client work, diverse solution areas, and leadership growth within a supportive, merit-driven culture. Travel to client sites is part of the role, offering exposure to senior leaders and a broad range of industries.

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s, Master’s or MBA degree in a relevant discipline
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 overall, 3.0 major
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Creative and analytical thinking
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and accept mentoring
- Interest in finance, accounting, technology, and business operations
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to travel to client sites
