Overview
In this role you will lead the project QA/QC efforts for onshore and offshore field developments. You will shape the project’s quality framework and ensure compliance across major EPCS contracts, working to protect client interests. You’ll drive the development and implementation of the Quality Management System and oversee contractor qualifications, audits, and document control. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and deliver verified, quality outcomes that support project success. This opportunity offers exposure to large-scale oil & gas projects and a chance to influence high-stakes engineering work.
Responsabilità
- Project QA/QC Manager for overall onshore and offshore field developments
- Oversee major contracts involving detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction for offshore platforms and related facilities
- Develop the project Quality Management System
- Establish quality processes internally and with contractors
- Review and approve contractors' technical qualifications and procedures (NDT, fabrication, welding,
hydro, etc.)
- Monitor QA/QC implementation throughout project execution
- Prepare Document/System turnover and maintain Risk Register
- Coordinate MOC process
- Prepare Project Verification scheme for Independent Verification
- Review and approve EPIC/EPC contractors' QA/QC deliverables and audit plans
- Develop quality control systems
- Manage internal audits
- Ensure implementation of the organization's Document Control System
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering
- Fifteen (15) years of experience in the discipline after earning the BSc
- Excellent spoken and written English with ability to write specifications and reports
- QA/QC management
- Quality Management System development
- Contractor qualification and procedure review (NDT, fabrication, welding, hydro)
- Audits and internal audit management
- Document control and turnover
- MOC coordination
