Overview
In this role you will lead category activation for Out of Home, focusing on Spreads, Beverages and Frozen categories. You’ll translate insights into commercially impactful initiatives and align with the strategic direction from Category Marketing. You will manage a small team and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth in the OOH channel. This is an opportunity to shape activation strategies at scale, monitor performance, and continuously improve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilità
- Develop and implement the national category activation plan for the Out of Home channel aligned with the Category Marketing Review
- Identify and execute sell-out initiatives based on category performance and market opportunities
- Manage promotional investment budgets across brands, categories, channels and customers to maximize impact
- Collaborate with the Consumer Marketing team to influence priorities and investments for OOH occasions
- Monitor activation performance with ex-ante and ex-post analyses, measure ROI, market share and channel performance, and pursue continuous improvement
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master's degree in Economics (or related field)
- several years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales or Marketing
- strong analytical mindset for data interpretation and decision support
- influencing and negotiation skills for cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- experience in FMCG, Out of Home, omnichannel environments, and multi-category management
- excellent English and advanced Excel; strong PowerPoint and Word skills
