Responsabilità
- Define and implement the commercial strategy for domestic and international markets
- Lead and develop sales teams for Italian and Export markets
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and manage the commercial budget
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers, distributors,
and international partners
- Identify new business opportunities, channels, and growth markets
- Manage major commercial negotiations and support competitive positioning
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least ten years of experience in Sales Director or senior commercial leadership in B2B industrial environments
- Proven track record in managing international businesses and leading structured sales organizations
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on profitable growth
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Fluent English; second language is advantageous
