As an Operations Supervisor, you lead a shift of operatives and drivers to meet service targets while upholding safety and compliance. You’ll motivate your team, align daily work with business goals, and ensure consistent, high‑quality service. This role sits at the heart of FedEx’s People-Service-Profit culture, shaping performance and customer experience across a busy freight operation. You’ll work with cross‑functional colleagues to drive reliable, efficient daily operations and growth.

Responsabilità

- Supervise a team of operatives and drivers

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Energetic and enthusiastic

- Good communication skills
- Availability for early morning and evening shifts
- Proficient in English (comprehension, written, verbal)
- Ability to coordinate a large team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
