As a Digital Project Manager, you will drive complex digital initiatives across channels, aligning business, design, and tech teams to deliver superior customer experiences. You will connect business stakeholders, UX/UI, and external partners to ensure cohesive solutions and timely delivery. You’ll manage scope, risks, and governance while shaping the digital ecosystem to support strategic priorities. This role offers impact across global teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilità
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality
- Drive initiatives from strategy through design, development, testing, and go-live
- Define scope, milestones, roadmaps, and delivery plans across business, design, and tech teams
- Govern project activities including planning, prioritization, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Digital, IT, E-commerce, Marketing, CRM, Retail and external partners
- Serve as a business counterpart for UX/UI and creative teams to align requirements with customer needs
- Ensure consistency across customer journeys and touchpoints for a seamless user experience
- Manage relationships with external agencies, tech vendors, and strategic partners
- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable plans and deliverables
- Identify dependencies, risks, and issues, driving mitigation and informed decisions
- Monitor performance via KPIs and reporting frameworks to foster continuous improvement
- Support budget monitoring and vendor management in line with objectives and investments
- Contribute to evolving PM practices, tools, and governance processes within Digital Experience
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years in digital project management in international cross-functional environments
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with external partners
- Strong understanding of digital customer experience, product delivery, and omnichannel ecosystems
- Understanding of UX/UI and journey design with ability to collaborate with design teams
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies
- Ability to translate business/technical topics into clear recommendations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus
- Proactive and hands-on
