Job Overview: The Construction Engineer uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external issues to improve the planning and execution of the works on site by multiple subcontractors. They will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Tech Services discipline. They solve complex problems and use their discipline-specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The Construction impacts a range of customer, operational, project, Subcontractor or service activities with the Tech Services team and other related teams and ensures that they are working within the appropriate guidelines and policies.

Essential Qualifications and Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
Five (5) years of experience in Construction.
Moderate knowledge of MDR construction procedures, progress systems, material management systems, document management, and timekeeping systems. Knowledge of MS Office skills, specifically with Excel, and Access.
Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
