Overview
As a Shift Maintenance Leader, you will oversee maintenance activities, intervention planning, and HR aspects in Ferrero's Alba plant. You’ll coordinate maintenance shifts, support project execution, and drive cost-effective maintenance to meet production targets. You’ll schedule predictive maintenance and manage on-call prioritization while upholding safety standards. This role offers cross-functional collaboration, international mobility potential, and a path to grow technical and managerial skills in a leading food company.
Responsabilità
- Coordinate shifts for maintenance teams and support intervention execution
- Collaborate on new projects and define maintenance strategies
- Plan and manage periodic revision programs and various interventions (ordinary, extraordinary, soft)
- Optimize costs while achieving production targets (quality and quantity)
- Oversee predictive maintenance scheduling and on-call prioritization
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and safe working practices
- Lead budgeting activities and assess resource needs (personnel, parts, external services)
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics)
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environments
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes
- Interpersonal and management skills
- Willingness for international mobility
- Fluency in Italian and English
