We are looking for
a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern
to join our HR team, with a clear
path toward full-time employment . This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding within an international environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support
end-to-end recruitment processes
(job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling)
Source candidates
through job boards, social media, and internal databases
Conduct
initial candidate screenings and phone interviews
Maintain and update the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Collaborate with
hiring managers
to understand role requirements
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing)
in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields
Strong interest in
Talent Acquisition / HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level) and French (minimum C1)
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
