The candidate will be based at our Izakaya concept outlet with the opportunity to also work at other sub-outlets of the brand at Mgarr Marina, Gozo offering sushi and crudi.
Related industry qualifications will be considered favourable.
Responsible for
- assisting the Head Sushi Chef / Executive Chef with day-to-day operations of the kitchen,
- work / cook on different sections of the kitchen,
- abide by the in-house HACCP control system,
- prepare, produce and execute menu items in line to recipes and SOP's,
- work in liaison with Kitchen Management. xkiyazw
