In this role you will lead a strategic enterprise program for a major client from Milan, steering the end-to-end delivery with a dedicated retained team. You’ll collaborate across consulting, analytics, sales and delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. The position mixes on-site client engagement with cross-functional coordination to translate Sprinklr’s platform capabilities into meaningful solutions. This is an opportunity to shape multi-geo, complex implementations for high-impact public-sector engagements.

Responsabilità
- Own and manage a strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client, coordinating the retained team and controlling scope, change control, risks, issues and mitigations
- Coordinate with consulting teams, leaders and internal/ regional stakeholders to drive delivery
- Ensure programs and projects run on schedule and within budget
- Develop strong relationships with clients and senior internal stakeholders
- Build and maintain durable client relationships and internal stakeholder alignment
- Develop knowledge of Sprinklr platform components to create realistic project plans and high-level solutions
- Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting to external and internal stakeholders
- Manage risks, issues and change requests effectively
- Manage client service expectations and drive measurable outcomes for the client
- Set team tone to emphasize quality and excellence in delivery
- Provide weekly status and burn reports to stakeholders
- Maintain awareness of industry trends shaping client solutions
- Experience integrating enterprise SaaS programs for government/public-sector or highly regulated clients
- Work from client premises three days per week and engage senior stakeholders on-site
- Lead large-scale, multi-organizational projects and drive team accountability
- Identify and resolve issues, allocate resources, and run team meetings
- Lead project/enterprise risk management and business analysis activities
- Demonstrate influencing, negotiation, and mentoring skills
- Motivate teams without direct reporting lines
- Possess strong knowledge of SDLC, web technologies, and web development processes
- Exhibit strong verbal/written communication and fluency in English and Italian
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS programs for government, public-sector, or highly regulated clients
- Ability to operate from customer premises three days per week and engage with senior stakeholders
- Extensive client management experience with business owners and executives
- Experience delivering IT/SaaS/ Social/ Software projects
- Experience working with multi-geo, multicultural delivery teams
- Strong Italian and English language skills
- Experience leading large-scale, multi-organizational initiatives
- Ability to develop detailed work plans, allocate resources, and run team meetings
- Leadership in managing project and enterprise risks and business analysis
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Mentoring, supervisory and team-building capabilities
- SDLC knowledge, web technologies, and web development processes
- Knowledge of Agile project management is a plus
- Project Management certifications (Prince2, PMP, SCRUM, etc.)
- Visa/work authorization: current and unrestricted in Italy
