Overview

In this role you will drive digital transformation for complex, multinational clients by implementing Dynamics 365 F&O in supply chain and operations. You’ll analyse as-is processes, design to-be solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective applications. You’ll contribute to end-to-end project delivery from requirements through go-live and hypercare. This position offers exposure to global teams and a focus on impactful, meaningful work.

Responsabilità

- Analyse and define to-be Processes in Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Production Control, Master Planning, and Sales & Distribution
- Configure Dynamics 365 F&O; SCM modules following Microsoft best practices
- Prepare functional documentation (BR, Fit/Gap, FDD, process flows, user stories)
- Collaborate with Operations users during workshops and validation sessions
- Support SIT and UAT testing: create test cases,



execute, analyze defects, validate solutions
- Oversee end-to-end integrations with Finance and shop-floor/warehouse systems
- Participate in cut-over and go-live with hypercare support

Requisiti fondamentali

- Functional Consultant experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; in the Supply Chain/Operations area
- Familiarity with P2P, order-to-cash, MRP, bills of materials, routings
- Understanding of integration between Operations and Finance (inventory valuation, cost accounting)
- Experience engaging with key plant/warehouse users; workshop facilitation
- Structured, detail-oriented approach; effective priority management
- Fluent in English; able to operate in multinational environments
- Willingness to travel for project phases
