Responsabilità
- Make defensible technical decisions and justify trade-offs
- Ensure designs align with broader architecture and reliability concerns
- Design for regulated banking constraints (reliability, auditability, controls)
- Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across teams
- Act as a multiplier to elevate teams and domains
- Set standards for AI usage in everyday practice
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience building and operating high-scale, reliable systems
- Experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python environments
- Ability to articulate trade-offs and non-taken paths
- Strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Leadership through impact, not title, with ability to drive initiatives across teams
