Overview
In this role you will lead the Europe eCommerce strategy to drive growth across Pure Players, Omni Channel, B2B and Marketplaces. You will own the EU eCommerce P&L and collaborate with regional and Group teams to set the channel's strategic role for each category. You’ll steer growth enablers like assortment, pricing, content, and digital operations to optimize ROI. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to accelerate marketplace expansion and elevate online customer experience. This is a hands-on role with significant impact on regional performance and profitability.
Responsabilità
- Develop and lead EU eCommerce strategic planning for sales, visibility, and conversion across multiple channels
- Own EU eCommerce P&L;, investments, and profitability
- Shape eCommerce strategy with Digital CST and inform key decisions with data and vision
- Define growth enablers: assortment, price-pack-architecture, content, and digital ops
- Drive Amazon and EU key customers through data-driven planning and ROI optimization
- Coordinate regional and local teams to achieve KPI rollout and market optimization
- Establish processes for performance monitoring, risk and opportunity management
- Ensure alignment of online and offline trade terms and partnerships
- Foster eCommerce community and capability development across the region
- Expand marketplace channel partnerships and pricing strategies across EU
- Support country teams with regional eCommerce development and local customer engagement
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8–10 years in Digital Marketing or eCommerce roles
- Experience with Amazon management and EU markets
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business/Marketing/Communication preferred)
- Digital marketing and digital operations experience
- Strong project and product management
- Experience in marketplaces development is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable results
- Strong change management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with data presentation abilities
- P&L; management experience is a plus
- Fluent business English
- Willingness to travel ~20%
