Overview
In this role you support the Project Supply Chain Manager across the purchasing cycle for complex chemical, petrochemical and energy projects. Based in Corsico (Milan) with hybrid options, you collaborate with international clients and a results-driven team to deliver procurement solutions. You will shape project procurement plans, lead negotiations, and ensure alignment with the project execution strategy. Responsabilità
- Define and execute Project Procurement Plan and Procedures
- Lead expediting, procurement and negotiation activities for projects
- Conduct market scouting and supplier onboarding
- Create bidder lists for inquiries and tender documentation
- Prepare pricing summaries and tender documentation tailored to scope
- Lead technical & commercial clarification meetings with bidders
- Negotiate terms and conditions, finalize bid tabulations and purchase orders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align with client expectations
- Ensure supply chain activities follow the project plan and processes
- Track and report KPIs for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
- Prepare tailored procurement reports for project/client requirements
- Adhere to code of conduct, ethics, and corporate policies
Requisiti fondamentali
- 10–15 years experience
- MSc / BSc Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Good communication, planning and organizational skills
- Pro-active approach in resolving issues
- Familiar with Office tools
- Availability for business trips and relocation abroad for project purposes
- Desirable: Good knowledge of French
