Overview
In this role, you support and coordinate the marketing team to maximize ROI through client growth and engagement. You will manage local client database activities, oversee CRM actions, and drive clienteling initiatives in boutique settings. Collaboration with the HO Marketing department is key to delivering high-end service and effective campaigns. You will analyze data and share weekly and monthly performance insights to shape local client development.
Responsabilità
- Ensure accuracy of the client database
- Coordinate follow-up actions and client communications
- Plan and track clientelling hours with the team
- Develop target lists and manage in-store call campaigns; monitor attendance and follow-ups
- Organize OTO campaigns in-store and manage ROI for HQ treatments
- Target clients, manage invitations, and support local initiatives and treatment proposals
- Manage gifts stock usage and coordinate gifting activities for local celebrations
- Support the team in delivering VIP room-like in-store service
- Develop and retain partnerships for client recruitment
- Provide weekly local client figures and monthly dashboard analyses (Diorly weekly)
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing
- 2-3 years relevant work experience
- Problem-solving capability
- Excellent communication skills
- Good stress management and ability to work under pressure
- Teamworking and ability to build strong, trusting relationships
- High customer focus with proactive needs anticipation
