pbAbout the role /b /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a bFinancial Control Specialist /b to join our team in Rome. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to financial planning, performance monitoring, and reporting activities within a dynamic and growing international business. /ppbr/ppAs part of a cross-functional environment, you will work alongside finance, accounting, and operational stakeholders to support financial visibility, strengthen control processes, and deliver reliable information that supports business objectives and growth initiatives. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliPrepare and deliver periodic financial reports and performance insights for management and corporate stakeholders. /liliSupport financial planning activities, including forecasting exercises and annual planning processes. /liliAnalyze project financial performance, monitoring costs, profitability, and key business indicators. /liliParticipate in month-end closing activities and contribute to the accuracy and consistency of financial information. /liliCollaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to support reporting and decision-making processes. /liliAssist in the preparation of reporting packages,
business reviews, and ad hoc financial analyses. /liliSupport audit requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial controls and reporting processes. /liliEvaluate the financial implications of project-related and commercial agreements. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, transaction services, or management reporting. Previous exposure to the renewable energy, infrastructure, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus. /liliStrong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (IFRS knowledge is highly desirable). /liliExperience in budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis. /liliAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP. /liliAbility to interpret financial data and provide actionable business insights. /liliExperience preparing management reports and presentations for decision-makers. /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken. /li /ul
