pAn exciting opportunity to join a global leading renewable energy investment and development company as an Origination PPA Manager, responsible for developing and executing the offtake and revenue strategy across a renewable energy and storage portfolio in Italy. /ppbLocation: /b Ideally based in Milan (remote). /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbPPA Origination Offtake Strategy /b /pulliDevelop and execute the offtake strategy across renewable energy and storage projects. /liliOriginate corporate, utility and bilateral PPAs and build relationships with utilities, traders, aggregators and large energy buyers. /liliAssess optimal contracting strategies, balancing project bankability, value and merchant exposure. /liliMonitor market trends, pricing benchmarks and regulatory developments. /li /ulpbCommercial Negotiations /b /pulliLead end-to-end negotiation and execution of PPAs and related commercial agreements. /liliStructure competitive PPA solutions covering pricing, tenor, volume, shape, imbalance, credit support, Guarantees of Origin, curtailment and termination provisions. /liliCoordinate with legal, finance, development and risk teams throughout negotiations. /liliSupport EFET, ISDA and other relevant documentation where applicable. /li /ulpbItalian Power Market Financial Analysis /b /pulliAnalyse GME markets, PUN and zonal prices, forward curves, capture prices, cannibalisation, negative pricing, congestion and imbalance exposure. /liliAssess route-to-market costs, merchant risk, storage revenues and ancillary-services opportunities. /liliUse market data from GME, Terna, GSE and ARERA to inform PPA pricing, bidding and revenue strategies. /liliSupport financial modelling, project valuation and investment decisions.



/li /ulpbAuctions Support Schemes /b /pulliLead participation in relevant Italian renewable energy and storage auctions and support schemes, including GSE auctions, FER X and MACSE where applicable. /liliDevelop bid strategies, pricing and commercial submissions in coordination with development, finance and international teams. /li /ulpbStakeholder Contract Management /b /pulliWork closely with development, project finance, MA, legal and investment teams to maximise project value and bankability. /liliSupport financing, MA and farm-down transactions and related due diligence. /liliManage PPAs throughout their lifecycle, including contractual obligations, performance requirements and commercial issues. /liliPresent commercial recommendations and key risks to senior management and investment committees. /li /ulpbQualifications /b /ppbr/ppbRequired Experience /b /pullibSolid experience in European energy markets /b, including substantial experience in the Italian power market. /liliDirect experience originating, structuring, negotiating or managing renewable PPAs. /liliProven track record of executing renewable energy offtake agreements. /liliStrong understanding of Italian electricity markets, GME, zonal pricing, forward curves, capture prices and imbalance exposure. /liliExperience with Italian renewable energy auctions, GSE support schemes or competitive tenders. /liliExperience with solar, wind, BESS or hybrid renewable projects. /liliEstablished network across Italian utilities, suppliers, traders, aggregators and/or corporate energy buyers. /liliStrong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills. /liliProfessional fluency in bItalian and English /b. /li /ul
