Overview
In this role you will design and maintain software-based applications and automation tools to turn operational data into actionable dashboards. You will work closely with manufacturing and operations teams across Europe and the US to enable data-driven decision making and improve efficiency. You’ll automate recurring processes and deliver reliable reporting that supports management decisions. This position combines data engineering, BI, and operational software to scale decision speed and accuracy across sites.

Responsabilità
- Design, develop, and maintain operational software applications and automation tools
- Enhance and optimize existing applications for performance and usability
- Extract, transform, and load data from ERP and other systems across multiple sites
- Create reliable Power BI overviews to support management decision making
- Ensure data integrity through testing, cleaning, and normalization
- Deliver accurate and timely data reporting services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Provide operational support by implementing robust, low-maintenance automation solutions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or MSc degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields
- Strong proficiency in creating dashboards and overviews
- Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI and Python for data querying and manipulation
- Familiarity with visualization tools; AI or advanced analytics is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration
- Background in industrial manufacturing or similar environments is advantageous
- Solid understanding of data processing, testing, and quality assurance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong English communication and international teamwork abilities
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of automation solutions
