You’ll champion AI adoption within accounts and help customers see future value, while maintaining a sharp, forecastable pipeline. Responsabilità
- Own a portfolio of premium European OEM and enterprise accounts to drive revenue growth and retention
- Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies that accelerate SparK Platform adoption
- Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from proposal through to contract closure
- Build high-trust relationships with CxOs and key decision-makers to enable executive access for MotorK leadership
- Promote AI adoption within accounts by illustrating current and future value of the platform
- Maintain an accurate, well-managed sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven enterprise sales or strategic account management experience in SaaS or automotive technology
- Track record of winning and growing complex deals with C-level stakeholders
- Strong commercial instincts and understanding of how enterprise buying decisions are made
- Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to explore and experiment with AI tools
- Native Italian and fluent English; additional European languages a plus
- Relationship-building with C-level stakeholders
