You will lead or coordinate workstreams and support transformation offices, coaching sponsors and teams on messaging and behaviour. Responsabilità
- Help clients shape transformation plans and roadmaps for change
- Provide hands-on program and change management capabilities on large-scale transformations
- Lead or coordinate relevant workstreams
- Set vision, culture, and momentum for change within the business
- Support design, implementation and management of transformation offices and infrastructure
- Articulate a compelling case for change and coach sponsors on messaging and behaviour
- Design and deliver change initiatives
- Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills
