Responsabilità
- Lead comprehensive project plans for vehicle stability and control systems projects, defining scope and timelines
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to align goals and address changes
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for on-time delivery
- Monitor budgets and resource use to meet financial targets
- Ensure rigorous quality assurance to meet industry standards and customer expectations
- Provide guidance on automotive engineering, vehicle dynamics, embedded software, and V-cycle processes
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree in electronic engineering or mechanical engineering
- 5-10 years of proven Project Manager experience in automotive projects focusing on automotive electronic systems
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive technologies, software integration, multi-party projects, A-SPICE, functional safety, and cybersecurity methodologies
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion
- Experience interfacing with OEM customers and external partners
- Excellent proficiency in English
