Responsabilità
- Lead large, multi-disciplinary teams on complex engagements and drive solution strategy and scope
- Define and document overall solution architecture; evaluate technologies and platforms for performance, scalability, and security
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and coordinate engagement management
- Support commercial strategy with the sales team; develop cost cases and align with business goals
- Sell managed services and long-term solutions; ensure high-quality services meet client requirements and Kyndryl strategy
- Engage with clients 40% of the time and manage stakeholder expectations across countries
- Coordinate with HR, legal, delivery during engagement phases
- Own the design of technical solutions and leverage assets and best practices
- Use technical assets to create compelling value propositions and engage with technical leaders to close strategic opportunities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong leadership of large teams and client-facing experience
- Understanding of cloud computing, data technologies, and managed services
- Financial skills to understand and assess models and cost cases
- Contractual experience including creating and negotiating contracts
- Excellent communication to articulate business value and manage stakeholder expectations
- Experience in selling PaaS, IaaS, and Infrastructure Services solutions
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to adapt global best practices to country-specific requirements
- Proven track record in closing strategic, complex services engagements
