Overview
As Pet Shop Chains Strategic Account Manager, you steer profitable growth and category leadership in Italy’s Pet Shop Chains. You act as the orchestrator across Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, and Supply Chain to deliver value beyond the product. You’ll shape omnichannel channel plans, JBPs, and data-driven initiatives to optimize ROI and customer service. This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and market-led innovation within a global animal-health leader.
Responsabilità
- Lead sales targets, budgets, and cross-functional omnichannel planning to drive growth
- Define and execute omnichannel channel strategies for Pet Shop Chains, including assortment, promotions, pricing, and content
- Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) and operating model alignment across Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce
- Advance customer relationships with data-driven, in-season engagement and an activation playbook
- Secure granular sell-out data and build KPI dashboards to monitor sell-in, sell-out, category share, product availability, and ROI
- Monitor and reallocate resources based on performance using customer scorecards
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, or related; 5+ years in Key Account Management within Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Health
- Strong P&L;, pricing, and ROI literacy with CRM and BI tool proficiency
- Knowledge of Animal Health trends and readiness for market innovation
- Leadership mindset with growth orientation and a collaborative, ‘One Team’ approach
- Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
- Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple levels
