Overview
In this role you will act as the central hub for internal and external communications, aligning content production with channel strategy. You will own Prysmian's corporate channel plan, collaborate cross-functionally with business units, countries and marketing to drive commercial outcomes. You will lead coherent content and channel initiatives, enhance press reach, and oversee AI-enabled media workflows. You will manage budgets, report KPIs to senior leadership, and support global brand guidelines and social media activity. This is a strategic, impact‑driven position in a global communications function.
Responsabilità
- Own the corporate channel plan and coordinate with business units, countries and marketing for commercial strategy
- Develop and oversee a coherent content strategy for corporate and business units
- Coordinate content, media and channel activities with clear planning and delivery of key projects (channel upgrades)
- Support expansion of press office reach beyond traditional outlets
- Prepare Prysmian's positioning for next-gen search and media functionalities driven by AI
- Support development and use of AI tools to streamline communication flows with IT & HR
- Budget allocation for media channels
- Report communication activities with KPIs to top management and local teams
- Roll out global style guidelines across functions
- Revive and accelerate social media to engage employees and stakeholders
- Assist in producing press releases and maintain an archiving system for press materials
Requisiti fondamentali
- Extensive experience managing channels for a publicly listed company
- Creativity in reaching new audiences and developing innovative content ideas
- Experience bringing competencies in-house
- Fluent in English and Italian
