Responsabilità
- Identify and define AI-driven opportunities aligned with business strategy across industries
- Translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions, use cases, and adoption roadmaps
- Analyze AI trends and market dynamics to produce actionable insights
- Bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support design and execution of AI-driven transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and adoption
- Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes through AI initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5–8 years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus
- Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications
- Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends to practical insights
- Cross-industry business awareness and ability to identify value creation opportunities through AI
- Experience acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, including workshop facilitation
- Foundational knowledge of AI/data tools and languages (Python, SQL, ML frameworks)
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Curiosity and continuous learning attitude toward AI and digital transformation
