Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Community Manager to work on a full-time basis. The role involves moderating user-generated content, fostering engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for participants across digital platforms. Building and sustaining community relationships is central to this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Moderate forum discussions, social media channels, and member-generated content to maintain a respectful and constructive environment.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to grow active participation and user retention within the community.
- Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Monitor platform metrics and community health indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience moderating online communities or forums with a focus on quality and inclusivity.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for public-facing interactions.
- Ability to analyze data and report on community engagement metrics.
- Familiarity with content moderation policies and best practices.
