Responsabilità
- Own the strategic marketing plan for Cardiac Ablation Solutions and drive leadership positioning in the EP market.
- Coordinate between global, regional, and country stakeholders to align marketing, sales, clinical, and operations teams.
- Translate insights into segmentation, positioning, and messaging to boost adoption and differentiation.
- Develop and lead KOL engagement plans and foster clinical community building.
- Serve as product champion, expert on technology and competitive landscape,
and communicate customer needs.
- Partner with field teams to create campaigns and sales enablement tools with consistent value messaging.
- Collaborate with Training & Education to support field readiness using digital and live formats.
- Provide organizational leadership, remove barriers, and drive scalable solutions; mentor and lead projects.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience; medical device field experience preferred (cardiac rhythm management/EP).
- Self-starter with proven project execution ability.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate strategy and plans clearly, manage complex projects, and build relationships across cultures.
- Data analytics skills to derive insights from raw data and understand clinical/technical aspects.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous; travel 30–50%.
