Overview
In this role, you will transform market insights into growth opportunities and support enterprise sales through market intelligence and lead generation. You will work with regional sales and cross-functional teams to map markets, prioritize accounts, and develop actionable recommendations. You’ll maintain dashboards to monitor pipeline health and business impact, aligning market data with GTM priorities. This role offers the chance to contribute to Nokia’s connectivity leadership and expand strategic growth in a global context.
Responsabilità
- Translate market insights into growth opportunities and strategic account pursuits
- Support lead generation, pipeline development, and GTM initiatives
- Conduct market mapping, whitespace analysis, heat-map creation, and account prioritization
- Prospect and qualify leads through outreach to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional sales, partners, and cross-functional teams to align insights with commercial priorities
- Maintain lead-management dashboards and reporting on pipeline health and outcomes
- Research and maintain lead-generation sources from industry reports, databases, and third-party data
- Track and report on lead-generation performance and campaign effectiveness
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5–8 years in market intelligence, business development, sales operations, strategy, consulting, or related functions
- Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience with market intelligence platforms, CRM systems, and external data sources
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools
- Experience supporting lead generation, pipeline development, and GTM initiatives
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills with influence across levels
- Experience with geographically distributed sales, marketing, and business teams
- Telecommunications, networking, enterprise technology, or B2B technology industry experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, or equivalent sales platforms
