Responsabilità
- Own and develop the product portfolio with category, assortment, pricing and positioning strategies to drive growth
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation and new product development projects from ideation to launch
- Monitor portfolio performance via sales, market and profitability analyses and recommend actions
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D;, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to enable successful launches
- Support business planning, product governance and operational excellence through project coordination and stakeholder management
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Product or Category Management within FMCG
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, innovation and commercial drivers
- Analytical mindset
