Overview

As Department Manager at Saint Laurent, you lead a department to achieve sales and qualitative targets while representing the brand. You recruit, develop and retain customers, and drive brand engagement in-store. You coach and motivate the team, ensure adherence to policies, and maintain a premium store environment aligned with the brand image. This role places you at the heart of luxury retail, shaping customer experiences and departmental performance.

Responsabilità

- Promote brand engagement to customers and achieve department goals
- Represent the company and operate according to store policies
- Lead, motivate, and coach department staff; ensure development and target achievement
- Recruit, develop, and retain customers; manage top clients and VIP relationships
- Implement action plans with HQ and Store Director and monitor progress
- Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to senior store leadership
- Create a positive, motivating work environment and maintain brand culture




- Ensure store atmosphere supports brand image and luxurious experience
- Manage processes to ensure legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR and stock compliance
- Identify and improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness

Requisiti fondamentali

- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
- Managerial experience with ability to coach and give constructive feedback
- Strong customer portfolio management and loyalty focus
- Excellent interpersonal and service orientation
