Job Description
La Scuola International is seeking an enthusiastic, caring and creative Learning Support Teacher (Insegnante di Sostegno)
to join our Primary School team in Milan for the duration of a Maternity Leave.
We are looking for an educator who shares our commitment to inclusive, child-centered and inquiry-based learning and who sees diversity as a resource. The ideal candidate is an outside-the-box thinker, able to respond creatively and flexibly to individual children’s strengths, needs and ways of learning.
Schedule: The teacher is expected to be onsite for in-person instruction as agreed upon with Principal and Leadership Team.
Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, in close collaboration with classroom teachers.
- Promote students’ inclusion, independence, wellbeing and active participation in all aspects of school life.
