Overview
In this role you support the Group Chief Compliance Officer to steer and coordinate compliance activities across Group entities. You will help implement group-wide regulations, identify gaps, and define corrective actions, while engaging senior management of local entities. You’ll work in a multicultural, international setting and contribute to a responsible, sustainable growth agenda. The position offers exposure to governance, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration within Generali’s Group Compliance function.

Responsabilità
- Drive timely, effective deployment of Group-wide compliance rules across Legal Entities
- Identify misalignments and define corrective actions with cross-functional input
- Maintain regular interaction with senior management (CEOs, Regional CEOs) and provide compliant recommendations
- Support executive reporting and management information for the group
- Coordinate with international teams on challenging projects with time/delivery pressures
Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 6 years of experience in insurance/financial services
- Experience on international, time- and delivery-challenging projects
- Proven analytical skills and ability to manage databases and information synthesis
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong experience in executive reporting
- Proficient English; Spanish/Portuguese/German is a plus
- Willingness to travel for business
- Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
