Overview
In this role you will optimize logistics performance by controlling costs, analyzing data, and driving process improvements to support efficiency and service excellence. You will monitor budgets, prepare forecasts and variance analyses for transportation, warehousing and distribution, and contribute to monthly close. You will develop logistics KPIs and dashboards to provide actionable insights to management. You will analyze trends and opportunities to optimize operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives. This role sits in the Logistics Controlling Department at Moncler HQ in Milan and offers a collaboration-focused, impact-driven environment.

Responsabilità
- Monitor and control logistics costs in line with budgets and objectives
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analyses for transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Support monthly closing and ensure accuracy of logistics-related financial reporting
- Develop and maintain logistics KPIs and performance dashboards with actionable insights
- Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5–8 years of experience in logistics controlling, supply chain, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
