In this hands-on role you ensure department construction standards are correctly applied on hospitality project sites through constant on-site presence and travel. You collaborate closely with project teams and report to the Head of Projects, turning governance frameworks into practical site procedures. You drive quality, safety, and timely issue resolution by verifying work, identifying deviations, and proposing corrective actions. This position offers field autonomy, direct impact on execution quality, and a clear path to contributing to Belmond’s guest experience across properties.

Responsabilità
- Conduct regular site visits with extensive travel to hospitality projects; verify adherence to construction, quality, and safety standards
- Translate frameworks into practical on-site checklists and procedures; ensure consistent standard adoption across sites
- Work in close complementarity with project teams, maintaining direct contact with GMs and site teams
- Gather field feedback to improve site activities and share findings with the project team
- Participate in site meetings and provide on-site verification and observations; report progress to the Head of Projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- Solid experience across numerous hospitality construction sites (hotels, resorts, high-end properties)
- Strong knowledge of hospitality construction processes and standards
- Full availability to travel frequently and for extended periods
- Ability to work autonomously on site with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
