In this role you act as the main functional liaison between Business stakeholders and IT for Fund Accounting applications, helping translate needs into functional requirements and supporting process improvement. You will perform functional analysis, gather and coordinate requests, and ensure solutions align with operational priorities and service standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing systems while maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Responsabilità
- Serve as the first functional point of contact for the Office Manager with deep knowledge of Fund Accounting procedures
- Conduct functional analysis on Fund Accounting applications and related software
- Meet with business stakeholders to collect, assess, and coordinate new software requirements and changes to current processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in functional support and business analysis within application or software environments
- Good understanding of operational procedures
- Knowledge of the Fund Accounting process or similar banking operations
