Overview

In this role you drive the program development for rail system initiatives, coordinating engineering plans, reviews, and cost/performance targets. You work with cross-functional teams to maintain EMP, manage RAM, cybersecurity, V&V, and baselines, ensuring timely, within-budget, and compliant deliveries. You’ll act as the technical interface for projects and tenders, shaping strategy and continuous improvement across the program. The opportunity centers on delivering complex, safe, and cost-aware mobility solutions at scale.

Responsabilità

- Apply applicable process, standards, methods and tools to the métier
- Organize program development and continuous improvement
- Prepare and maintain the Engineering Management Plan (EMP) with core and support teams
- Define program development strategy (design, RAM, cybersecurity, V&V;, baselines)
- Identify technical referents and ensure consistency with EMP
- Lead program development activities to meet QCD commitments




- Coordinate the program development team and organize design reviews
- Support métiers (Safety, Cybersecurity, RAM, Industrialization) and ensure cross-functional links
- Lead Peer Reviews of engineering work products
- Act as program interface on technical matters with System Application Architects
- Support technically users for program needs and issues
- Manage baselines, configuration with Configuration Manager, and Delivery Master List
- Ensure requirement management and reporting; organize and lead CCBs and DyR
- Lead hardware change and definition for products; validate configurations under PLM
- Provide QCD analyses and estimations; liaise with projects and tender teams
- Alert and report risks affecting program development and commitments
- Promote Alstom Code of Ethics and ethical conduct
